I have decades of experience as a pediatric occupational therapist, behavioral consult, and parent coach. I also draws from my experience as a Reiki master, yoga instructor and inner child healing specialist. I am skilled at helping you learn to reparent yourself as you grow into the best parent for your children.

After spending over 15 years as a pediatric occupational therapist I’ve worked with thousands of children in clinical, school, and community settings. I recognized the key to lasting success of my young clients was the ability for their parents to understand their unique challenges and willingness to create consistent, supportive home environments. This is easier said than done. As a child development expert and parent coach. I walk alongside you to explore the root of challenges, provide you with strategies, skills, and the ability to regulate your own nervous system so you can support your child with regulating theirs.
